Lake Wilderness Adventure Experience
$1,295.00 per person, plus taxes.
Spend 1 week at a rustic off-the-grid wilderness cabin.
The program includes a 2-night stay at the rustic basecamp cabin,
learning wilderness survival and camping skills, nature loring,
hiking, swimming, and canoeing.
On day 3, the group begins a 3-day backpacking trip into the surrounding
backcountry, camping in expedition tents, and cooking meals over
an open fire.
Day 6 culminates in a survival experience adventure, where participants
will spend one night in a primitive lean-to shelter, and start their
fire by rubbing two sticks!
We will then visit Al Capone’s Hideaway in nearby Quadeville,
tour the scenic Foymount base, and travel through Algonquin Park
(with a visit to the incredible Nature Centre, and a short scenic
hike to the Two Rivers Lookout Trail).
