Level
2 Program
Session
2 is intended for the outdoors-person with a bit of knowledge who
wishes to increase his/her level of skill.
Persons with a basic degree of outdoor experience do not need to
take the Level 1 Program first.
-
10-15 participants: $1,200.00 per person, plus taxes
- 16-25 participants: $1,000.00 per person, plus taxes
We
will spend almost all of our time in the forest, returning to the
lodge only out of necessity.
Knowledge
gained in the session will include a variety of topics including
starting fires without matches, compass- and map-reading, building
shelters, hiking skills, survival priorities, food and water, and
first aid. These skills, first learned in the Level 1 Program, will
be refreshed and then studied and practised at a more indepth level.
The
emphasis will be on learning while enjoying as much time as possible
in the outdoors and gaining direct hands-on experience.
Dates
This
program is scheduled in 2008 from August 3 to 10.
Other
dates are certainly available! Please contact us to arrange.
